This could be from a single incident (it being dropped), or it could be a build-up of minor surface scratches. The price of this repair includes:
- Supply of the back cover assembly.
- Our engineers time to remove the old pieces and to refit the new parts.
- A full test of the device to ensure the repairs have resolved the faults that you were experiencing.
- Postage back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured up to £1000).
- VAT.
We don’t add anything else to our price so you can be sure you know what your paying upfront.

Postage Options
As with any repair service, there are two deliveries, the first being the initial delivery from you to us, and the second being the final delivery from us back to you. You can choose from either of the following methods to send your device to our repair centre. Return delivery of your device is included in the cost of our repairs.
Send it at your Convenience - Feel free to send your iPhone for repair at your convenience with the carrier of your choice to our repair centre, of course there is no additional charge for this option.
Receive a Pre-paid Delivery Box - Elect to receive a prepaid delivery box with a Royal Mail Special Delivery postage label included for an additional charge. Once you receive the box, simply insert your iPhone, attach the included label and drop the package into your local post office.
