1. Once the order has been made and we receive your iPad, we perform an extensive diagnosis to figure out exactly what is wrong with your iPad.
2. After we diagnose the iPad, we will contact you with a repair quote within 24 hours of receipt during the business week.
3. If you approve the repair, we fix your iPad and ship it back to you. Should you decline repair after diagnosis, we will ship back your iPad with whatever method of shipping you chose for your initial order. We are also happy to recycle your iPad for you at no additional charge.

Shipping Options
As with any repair service, there are two shipping transits, the first being the initial transit from you to us, and the second being the final transit from us back to you. Send it at your Convenience – Feel free to ship us your iPad at your convenience with the carrier of your choice to our repair facility. Of course there is no additional charge for this option.
Receive a Pre-paid Shipping Box – Elect to receive a prepaid shipping box with a Royal Mail Special Delivery shipping label included for an additional charge. Once you receive the box, simply insert your iPad, attach the included shipping label and drop the package into your local post office.
