Disclaimer - We will do our best to try everything for your device possible. We guarantee that the device will either be fully functional or functional upon the replacement of the requested damaged parts. On rare occasions the device will not be repairable, in which case you will not be charged for the service. In this instance postage charges will still be charged to return the device to you. As with any repair service, there are two deliveries, the first being the initial delivery from you to us, and the second being the final delivery from us back to you. You can choose from either of the following methods to send your device to our repair centre. Return delivery of your device is included in the cost of our repairs.
Send it at your Convenience - Feel free to send your iPhone for repair at your convenience with the carrier of your choice to our repair centre, of course there is no additional charge for this option.
Receive a Pre-paid Delivery Box - Elect to receive a prepaid delivery box with a Royal Mail Special Delivery postage label included for an additional charge. Once you receive the box, simply insert your iPhone, attach the included label and drop the package into your local post office.
