Not sure what repair service you need? Try our diagnostic service and we’ll tell you. Once we receive your device we will run a battery of tests and diagnostics to pin-point the problem. Since every part of your iPod is interchangable there is no doubt whatever the problem is we can fix your iPod.
We will then contact you with a detailed quote discussing the necessary repair procedure and the cost of that repair. We will contact you with a repair quote within 24 hours of receiving the device.
The quote will detail the issues that have been found and parts that will need to be replaced or repaired. The choice to complete the repair is completely up to you and if you decide against the repair we will return your device with no questions asked so there is nothing to lose.
Water Damage
We will do our best to diagnose and repair your water damaged iPod. Using Ultrasonic cleaning technology to clean the printed circuit boards, our water damage repair successes rate is over 80%. If your iPod is water/liquid damaged, even if it shows no sign of life at all, odds are we can reverse the damage and prevent you from having to buy a new device. We will inform you of the replacement parts needed to repair your water damaged device prior to us undertaking the work.
PLEASE NOTE: Damage incurred to a submerged device is wide spread and often unpredictable. Though uncommon, not all water/liquid damaged devices can be repaired and deterioration of its performance and functions can happen over a period of time. In the event that we cannot repair your iPod we will return it to you with nothing more to pay.
Please indicate on the order form that your iPod has been exposed to water or other liquids, and if there are any signs of life. This information will help us diagnose and repair your device more efficiently.

When we take delivery of your iPod regardless of the repair you have instructed us to carry out, we will check these indicators and inform you if your device has been exposed to water/liquids via email.

As with any repair service, there are two shipping transits, the first being the initial transit from you to us, and the second being the final transit from us back to you. You can choose from either of the following methods to send your device to our repair centre. Return delivery of your device is included in the cost of our repairs.
Send it at your Convenience – Feel free to ship us your iPod at your convenience with the carrier of your choice to our repair facility. Of course there is no additional charge for this option.
Receive a Pre-paid Shipping Box – Elect to receive a prepaid shipping box with a Royal Mail Special Delivery shipping label included for an additional charge. Once you receive the box, simply insert your iPod, attach the included shipping label and drop the package into your local post office.
