If you cannot fix my iPhone, iPod or iPad is there a charge?
We will only charge for return postage via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a rate of £8.00.
If you have already paid for a repair this amount will be deducted from your refund due.

No these are not required, please only send the device. If you want to send it in the box without the accessories that will also be accepted.

We strongly recommend that you use "Royal Mail Special Delivery / Royal Mail Recorded Delivery" service as it will allow you to track your iPhone, iPod or iPad and insures it in case its lost in the post.

All our repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. If a repair becomes defective for some reason we will happily fix it free of charge.
Please note if there is customer damage fault or the device has been opened since repair this invalidates your guarantee. We cannot also cover any further repairs that need to be carried out that were not originally ordered.

Whilst we do not currently offer a remote support service our friendly team will be more that happy to assist you should you have an issue with your device.

Yes we do, however if your iPhone, iPod or iPad has a fault that is repairable under warranty we would advise you to contact your retailer in the first instance. If they are unable to help we will happily perform a repair.
